Vinification: Manual, with qualitative selection, during several periods according to the state of maturation.
Maturation: In a “canteiro” system, in oak casks at room temperature.
Specification: Alcohol - 20% Volumetric mass - 1017 g/L Total acidity - 9.5 g/L Volatil Acidity - 1,40 g/L Reducing sugars - 88 g/L pH - 3,40 Bé - 2.8
Tasting Notes: COLOUR . Amber-gold with golden nuances, medium-dark. AROMA . Characteristic bouquet that is exuberant, pungent, and volatile, featuring intense notes of spice, exotic woods, tobacco, and dark chocolate. MOUTH . Very rich, medium-dry, with a very long finish that reveals intense spice notes like clove, saffron, and curry.
