Tasting Notes: Colour, bright, crystalline golden amber color with a greenish hue. Exuberant aroma and characteristic bouquet, with notes reminiscent of candied citrus fruit infusion macerated in aged rum, spices, and resinous woods such as pine. Mouth Very dry, extremely fresh and citrus-driven, becoming more volatile as it warms in the mouth. It releases complex notes of spice and rum, leading to a very long and refreshing finish.
