Maturation: In a “canteiro” system, in oak casks at room temperature.

Tasting Notes: Colour, bright, crystalline brown color with golden highlights. Intense aroma and characteristic bouquet, with notes of vanilla, exotic woods, dried fruits, brandy and sweet spices. Mouth: Very dry, extremely fresh and citrus-driven, becoming more volatile as it warms in the mouth. It releases complex notes of spice and rum, leading to a very long and refreshing finish.
