Maturation: In a “canteiro” system, in 650 L casks at room temperature.

Tasting Notes: Colour, bright and crystalline, golden with topaz highlights. Characteristic bouquet with citrus notes, exotic spices such as tumeric, and dried fruits. Medium-dry and fresh, with a long finish reminiscent of evolved brandy infused with dried fruits.
